I cannot log in to my account. What should I do?

Don't worry, this happens to us all!

If you failed to log into Sedunia after a few tries, you can try resetting your password.

To reset your account password, go to Sedunia's login page and click on 'Forgot Password' or click here.

A Password Reset Link will be sent to your email. If the email doesn't appear in your inbox, do check your Spam Mail folder. 

Note: To avoid future email from Sedunia falling into the spam folder again, you should remove the spam tagging/label on the email.
