Can I get a refund for a Paid Ticket?

Yes. You may request for a refund for your paid ticket from Sedunia latest by 7 days before Ticket Sales End Date

Note: All refund requested AFTER the sales end date will be directed to mission organizers, complying Mission Organizer's refund policy.

Kindly email your refund request to [email protected] with the following details:

  1. Participant's Name
  2. Mission Link
  3. Ticket Price
  4. Participant's Bank Name
  5. Participant's Bank Account Number


Sedunia's Refund Policy

If payment is performed through either of the option, 

Credit Card PaymentYou will receive a 100% refund of your transaction.

FPX Channel

(Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, etc.)

You will receive the full amount of ticket price.

Payment Processing Fee & Service Fee imposed during ticket purchasing will not be refunded.
