We are on a mission to empower communities in Selangor! In early November, EPIC Lead Pathfinders began basic mapping and conversations with village leaders to activate their local resources to develop their own communities. We have received their support to take the next step: Community Mapping.
We are looking for individuals to join us as volunteer Pathfinders, to interview community members and collect information that will enable the sharing of community stories in a dignified and accurate manner to invite collaborators to partner alongside these communities to enable positive impact.
If you have a passion for communities, enjoy having conversations or like to explore new places and meet new people, we're inviting you to join us as Pathfinders to map Kampung Orang Asli Bukit Jenuk & Batu 28 Jenderam Hilir in Dengkil! Find out more about these villages below!
Kampung Orang Asli Bukit Jenuk and Kampung Orang Asli Batu 28 Jenderam Hilir are located approximately 5 mins apart by car. These villagers were established in the 1940s, during World War II.
