QUALIFICATIONS

Junior Lead Pathfinders are Individuals who are in the process of becoming Lead Pathfinders. They assume the role of a Lead Pathfinder who:

• Have attended the Lead Pathfinder course
• Are able to speak Malay
• Are able to facilitate community discussions
• Are flexible and are able to adapt to situations
• Are skilled at data gathering through conversations
• Are able to collate data and tell an honest yet compelling story of communities
