TLDR: This is a 6 hr workshop, that covers safety knowledge when on a construction site, and upon completion will allow you to purchase a CIDB Green Card. 

This is highly recommended for anyone who regularly visits construction sites!

Cost: RM 105. Deposit RM 50. If we get more people signing up, pay less!

TICKET PRICE:

To join us the full price of this workshop is RM 105, please pay a deposit fee of RM 50 by purchasing a ticket on this page. (We will send payment information to pay the remainder of your ticket 1 week before the workshop)

BUT if this workshop is able to reach:

• 20 participants the price of this workshop will go down to RM 70.
• 30 participants and the price of this workshop will go down to RM 65.
• 40 participants and the price of this workshop will go down to RM60

This ticket includes:

• 6 hr training workshop by CIDB
• Lunch

This ticket does not include your CIDB green card, which can be purchased after the workshop at RM50.

WHAT IS THIS ABOUT : SICW Workshop & the CIDB Green Card.

The SICW (Program Induksi Keselamatan Pekerja Tapak Binaan) Workshop is a 6hr program that involves the registration and accreditation of construction personnel to enhance the level of safety at construction sites. Participants will learn about usage and safety knowledge on welding, scaffolding, cranes and other tools and equipments used at a construction site.

After completion of this workshop you are then able to purchase the CIDB Green Card. The Green Card acts as a "passport" for construction personnel to enter/work at construction sites with insurance coverage.

WHY SHOULD I JOIN?

If you volunteer and work on a lot of sites that involves building you should get a CIDB Card.

Knowledge is power, and taking this workshop will:

• Increase your awareness and protect yourself from the common safety hazards that you might not be aware of on site
• Give you a basic knowledge on safety and health at the Construction work site.
  
• Inform you of Malaysia's legal requirements in relation to health and safety
• Allow you to get the CIDB green card that automatically covered by a special insurance scheme that insures the Construction Personnel against death and accidents.
