What is a Basic Builder Workshop?

The Basic Builder Workshop is part of the 3D/2N EPIC Home build experience ticket. It is a mandatory 1-day interactive workshop for First-Time Builders where you'll learn the basic building skills and safety training needed to build a home.

After purchasing an EPIC Homes build ticket, First-Time Builders will receive an email/WhatsApp text (after 5 days) with an access code to register for a Basic Builder Workshop.

For First-Time Builders, it is mandatory to attend the full 1-day interactive Basic Builder Workshop before joining the 3D/2N EPIC Homes Build. You'll learn basic building skills and the safety training needed to build a home.

First-Time Builders who fail to attend a Basic Builder Workshop will not be allowed to join the 3D/2N EPIC Homes build.

How to Register for the Basic Builder Workshop

1. Click Register Now on this page and click the Locked Icon

2. Enter your Access Code, and click Check Out.

3. Fill in your participant details and click Register Now.

Important Notes:
1. One Basic Builder Workshop per ticket purchased. 

2. It is mandatory to attend the full 1-day workshop from 10am - 5pm. Partial attendance is not allowed. Only choose a Basic Builder Workshop date where you can attend the full 1-day workshop.

3. You may reschedule your Basic Builder Workshop with a minimum of four (4) days notice before the date of your original Basic Builder Workshop. For example, if your original Basic Builder Workshop is on Saturday 10 May, you must inform us of your wish to reschedule by Tuesday 6 May. Rescheduling less than 4 days before is not permitted.

4. If no alternative Basic Builder Workshops are available before your registered EPIC Homes Build, you may reschedule your EPIC Homes Build, but your request to reschedule must be done at least fourteen (14) days before the original date that you registered for. From there, you have a grace period of 3 months from your original build date to register for another build date. If you do not register for another build date within this period, your ticket will expire and no refunds will be issued.
