Become a Builder in the Basic Builder Workshop!

What is a Basic Builder Workshop?

A Basic Builder Workshop is a 1-day (10am–5pm) interactive workshop for First-Time Builders. You’ll learn the basic building skills and safety training needed before joining an EPIC Homes Build.

There are 2 ways to attend:

1. BB Workshop Ticket - RM100
For those who want to attend the workshop *before deciding on a build*.

- Choose any available workshop date.
- After completing the workshop, you're now qualified to build an EPIC Home! You can purchase a *RM400 First-Time Builder 3D/2N Build ticket* and you will not  need to attend another workshop.

2. BB Workshop Included with 3D/2N Build Ticket
For First-Time Builders who have already purchased a 3D/2N Build ticket.

- The workshop is included in your build ticket.
- You’ll receive a WhatsApp message with an access code within 5 days to register for a workshop.
- Completing the full workshop is mandatory before joining the build.

Important Notes:
1. One Basic Builder Workshop per ticket purchased. 

2. It is mandatory to attend the full 1-day workshop from 10am - 5pm. Partial attendance is not allowed. Only choose a Basic Builder Workshop date where you can attend the full 1-day workshop.

3. You may reschedule your Basic Builder Workshop with a minimum of four (4) days notice before the date of your original Basic Builder Workshop. For example, if your original Basic Builder Workshop is on Saturday 10 May, you must inform us of your wish to reschedule by Tuesday 6 May. 

4. Reschedule with less than four (4) days notice before the date of your original Basic Builder Workshop will incur a charge RM50.00.

5. If no alternative Basic Builder Workshops are available before your registered EPIC Homes Build, you may reschedule your EPIC Homes Build, but your request to reschedule must be done at least fourteen (14) days before the original date that you registered for. From there, you have a grace period of 3 months from your original build date to register for another build date. If you do not register for another build date within this period, your ticket will expire and no refunds will be issued.
