Mission Description

"A Stateless Life is Not an End of a Good Life"

The Carebears Refugees Help Project -" A Stateless Life is not an End of a Good Life".

We are a group of students from Brickfields Asia College (BAC) and we are in collaboration with CSR Luxe in raising funds to provide the following basic needs for our beneficiary.

1. Food supply (Rice packs, Instant noodle packs, Canned food etc.)

2. Face masks and sanitisers

3. Stationary supply for the refugees children

The beneficiary that we are contributing is a small refugee community residing in a budget flat in Taman Desa Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Most of the adults in their community work as gardeners, cleaners and general workers in an effort to support their family and this small community

Some of them have had their contract put on hold during the MCO, with the current rising number of COVID cases in Malaysia and the prolonged lockdown issued by the government, the refugees are struggling harder to make ends meets.

How you can help?

We've created an Instagram page; https://www.instagram.com/carebears.cs/ , in hope that people would help us spread the word about our campaign.

You can also help us by donating. Any amount would do and 100% of your donation will directly go towards our beneficiary.

We are also going to be offering the sale of pre-loved clothes on our Instagram page.

It is very important for people to understand the seriousness of our campaign in helping these refugees. If you are unable to donate, a simple share would help change a person's future.

"One donation from you can impact a refugee's entire life"
