World Cleanup Day 2019 - People For A Clean Planet

Impactlution is planning an event in conjunction with World Cleanup Day this 21st September 2019 to unite countries across the world for a cleaner planet for many generations to come. World Cleanup Day (also known as WCD) is a global social action program aimed at combating the global solid waste problem, including the problem of marine debris. Today, the movement has grown into a network of 169 countries and territories. During the 2018 World Cleanup Day, 157 countries and territories participated with a reported 17.8 million people. It was estimated that over 88,500 tons of waste was collected around the world.

In theme with "People For A Clean Planet", we would like to cordially invite Individual, group, Institution, company or association to be a part of the world’s biggest volunteer action. Last year, Malaysia had approximately 103,000 volunteers joining in. This year we are targeting to activate 250,000 volunteers!
