Mission Description

Piping Installation for Clean Water

In collaboration with Engineers without Borders Malaysia (EWB), Global Peace will be carrying out piping installation work for the residents of Kampung Padang in order channel water from the water source to their homes.

Volunteer must be :

- willing to get their hands dirty

- prepared to endure heavy physical work, i.e lifting, walking long distance, long hours under the sun

- Meet up point : Kelana Center Point, Petaling Jaya

Mission Impact

Volunteers will get a chance to interact and witness the lifestyle of orang asli. The mission will benefit the settlement greatly as we make clean water more accessible to the orang asli community. Volunteers will gain great exposure to the issues pertaining to water poverty in Malaysia.
