Provide training and business opportunities to the low-income group

Our mission is to provide training and business opportunities to the low-income group and disable youth  to learn about chocolate and generate income based on chocolate products.

In addition, we help small farmer of cocoa in Sabah to generate income faster by buying their wet cocoa beans. This project also will provide a hub to process the wet cocoa beans and produce final product of Cocoa such as chocolate bar under Nabalu Koko brand.

The fund will be used to provide training on entrepreneurship for the targeted group and a hub to process the cocoa  as well as starting a kiosk to sell the product of cocoa.

At the same time, the profit will be used to fund Matakip Charity Home Tambunan which provide shelter to disable, single mother and children under supervision of Sr Mary. The income will used to pay for basic utilities and salary to the workers.


In summary the Projek Coklat will focusing on;
1. Provide training and business opportunities to the low-income group and disable youth as well as cocoa farmer
2. Buy wet cocoa bean from cocoa farmer to help them generate income right after harvesting
3. to Start Chocolate processing Hub and a small Chocolate Kiosk to sustain to sustain the Makatip Charity Home (selling chocolate product)

We really hope that this project will help low income group specially cocoa farmer, youth, disable and providing income stream to sustain Makatip Charity Home. We believe that the entrepreneurship training will help the target group to break free from poverty.
