About
The act of distributing essential street supplies is a mere way of reaching out and forming a relationship to dialogue and help our homeless friends re-integrate back into society through friendship, counselling, potential job opportunities and simply lending a willing ear that listens.
In essence, we consist of a grassroots group of like-minded people reaching out, creating a movement and paying it forward. We wish to break social stigmas on homelessness and underprivileged & to help our fellow Malaysians get back on their feet.
We aim to show our homeless & urban poor friends some respect, afford them some dignity and to basically offer them hope of a brighter tomorrow.
Our ultimate goal is to assist our street friends to break out of the poverty/homeless cycle. As such, we are constantly looking for assistance/sponsors to find sustainable solutions for this very purpose. In the meantime, we believe that empowerment works both ways as we hit the streets to empower our street friends, we in turn are empowered by them to do more for others.. In a way we are creating everyday heroes!
