About
Charisma Movement is a youth-formed, youth-run and youth-led organisation created to encourage student volunteerism by providing a reliable and sustainable framework for community service and leadership projects to be carried out in Malaysia.
The organisation was founded with the support of the United Kingdom and Eire Council of Malaysian Students (UKEC) in January 2011 but rebranded in February 2017. Ever since its establishment, Charisma Movement has overseen the execution of various projects in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Terengganu, and Sabah. Our team consists of Malaysian students studying from highly regarded universities across Asia and Europe.
Charisma Movement aims to continue flourishing as a self-sustaining non-profit organization committed to combating global issues, one volunteering project at a time. We also hope to preserve our efforts in expanding Charisma Movement’s alumni network, increasing our outreach to Malaysian students interested in making a difference.
