Work closely with Product managers to translate initial concepts and requirements into designs to hand-off to engineering
Participate in user research, testing, and summarize findings
Incorporate data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions
Collaborate with developers to ensure design is properly implemented
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to create amazing, on-brand experiences.
Keep up with latest design trends and best practices
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, UX or equivalent in design-related work experience
Proficient with design tools (eg. Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Good understanding of user experience and visual design skills.
Human-centric approach to designing products.
Team player and great collaborator, pays high attention to details
Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Knowledge in Figma is a plus point
