What has been accomplished

Mental Health that has been a taboo to talk about has found light through the Return to Light team and campaign. Participants are now able to understand the importance of addressing the issue and methods that can help one cope with the struggle that they face. Mental health is extremely important as it drives one to take their life. The main aim was achieved where people understood how important life is and the universe is there for you, me and everyone.Since September is a suicide prevention month the Return to Light campaign also taught the importance to prevent suicide and gave more information regarding the outcomes of it through workshops that were conducted and messages given by people who have gone through depression, stress etc.The crowd was surprised to see how simple activities such as origami making and colouring could help relief stress and improve mental health. The engagement booth was a complete hit as many was interested in making origami's and colouring as it was all done back when the participants were much younger.  YOU MATTER.
